Life Affinity Counselling was started by two counsellors with one mission: “Building & Bridging Lives”. With combined experience spanning over a decade, our counsellors believe strongly in enabling positive change within individuals to better themselves and those around them.

Tricia Lim

Tricia’s experience as a counsellor has had her helped many clients - from individuals struggling with confidence, stress, emotions, relationship issues to couples experiencing communication breakdowns, marital conflicts and infidelity issues. Her approach is open, sincere and person-centered as she journeys with her clients to gain insights and empower them with the skills and resources to cope, heal and grow.

Tricia also serves in her church as a volunteer counsellor and facilitator in a groupwork program designed for personal self-discovery and healing.

Being happily married and a mother of three, Tricia’s passion for healthy family life extends beyond the household, regularly conducting workshops as an Associate Trainer to empower parents with practical skills.
